If you are looking for the perfect gift to give this holiday season, consider the Bestow-A-Book bookplate program, which allows you to purchase books for the New Orleans Public Library in honor or in memory of a loved one, a friend, or family member. Each book purchased for the Library’s collection includes a bookplate with the names of the honoree and the donor (optional) for only $35. All donations to the Friends of the New Orleans Public Library, a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization, are tax-deductible.
